1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a Permaura subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service at https://permaura.com/terms-of-service. Purchases are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, so refunds are issued through Paddle.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of that plan. We may decline repeated or evidently abusive requests, for example a pattern of subscribing and then refunding.
3. How to request a refund
Request a refund within the window by contacting us at support@permaura.com or by replying to your Paddle purchase receipt. As Merchant of Record, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
Renewal charges (the second and later billing periods) are generally not refundable. If you forgot to cancel and contact us promptly after an unwanted renewal, especially an annual one you have not used in the new period, contact support@permaura.com and we will consider a refund in good faith.
5. What is not refundable
- amounts outside the 14-day window, except where required by law or granted at our discretion;
- unused time after you cancel partway through a billing period; and
- purchases where the money-back guarantee has been abused.
6. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. For digital services that begin immediately, that right can be lost once the service starts with your express consent, which you give at checkout. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable statutory rights you have.
